A Guide to Pricing Your First Mail Club
Materials, postage, packing time, and the number most artists get wrong.

Write down four numbers: materials per envelope, postage per envelope, packaging per envelope, and minutes to pack one envelope.
Multiply the minutes by a real hourly rate. Add it. That's your floor, and most first clubs price below it.
If your hourly rate for packing is zero, your club will quietly end in month five.
Then decide whether international shipping is a flat add-on or excluded. Excluding it is fine — say so clearly on the listing.
Revisit the numbers every season. Postage moves, paper moves, and a club that can't absorb that quietly becomes a club that closes.
