Artists run their own clubs. Pigeon Post helps collectors find them.
Our role
Pigeon Post is a discovery platform. We publish curated listings for independent artist mail clubs. We are not a seller, publisher, printer, shipper, or payment processor for any club listed here.
Transactions
Every purchase or subscription happens on the artist's own website under the artist's terms. Refunds, cancellations, delivery, and customer service are handled entirely by the artist.
Artist responsibilities
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, the originality of their work, honest pricing, and fulfilling what they promise on the schedule they publish.
Listing review
We review every listing before publication and may edit, pause, or remove listings that break the community standards, go stale, or generate credible complaints.
Paid placement
Featured and Spotlight placements are optional promotions. Paid placement never guarantees approval, sales, or a specific number of clicks.
Content ownership
Artists keep all rights to their artwork and listing copy, and grant Pigeon Post permission to display it for promotion on the site, newsletter, and social channels.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dispatch newsletter. Last updated June 2026.
