When am I charged?
Your first charge happens at checkout. After that, your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
When does my first card ship?
Orders placed by the 10th receive the current month's card. Orders after the 10th begin with the following month. Cards ship between the 18th and 22nd.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel from your account dashboard in a couple of clicks — you'll finish out the current billing month.
What if I move?
Update your mailing address any time from your account before the 15th of the month to make that month's mailing.
